Hello! My name is Jacob Pighetti, but you can call me Jake. I began working with ThoughtBox Photo Booth back in 2013. I was hired to go to special events and capture happy memories of happy people celebrating life, love, milestones, and everything in between. This was a dream come true for me, a young man who loves to surround himself with new people and an abundance of joy.

During my years of working with the founders of ThoughtBox Photo Booth I was able to learn and grow with the business at a young age. My newest adventure in life is taking on ThoughtBox Photo Booth as my own business in Santa Barbara. My mission as the new owner and operator is to provide the best quality photo booth rental services in the area, capture the happy and silly memories of your special event, and help make your event become exactly what you dreamt it to be. 

Photography has been a long time passion of mine. I spent time working with a couple student run magazines at the University of Oregon as a photographer, made a living taking portraits of college graduates and family holiday photos, and traveled the world with only my camera and a backpack. I find joy in sharing the beauty and uniqueness this world has to offer through the perspective of my lens, whether it is of the planet itself or the humans that make this place one of a kind. And now with your help, I have the opportunity to capture the happy moments full of unique beauty at your next party.

ThoughtBox Photo Booth is not only a photo booth rental, but an experience - source of joy, silliness, laughter, and lasting memories. The frantic excitement of finding the perfect outfit, the comical disorganization of taking funny photos with a group of your best friends, and the smiles and laughter while looking at the personalized photo strip, filled with photos of friendship and love, that will later hang on your refrigerator or stand framed on your desk.

I take great pride in being the owner of a locally owned small business in Santa Barbara. My number one goal is to provide you with a top tier and very personal photo booth experience that will help take your event from great to spectacular. I hope to meet you one day soon.
